What to expect from your care

Soft Tissue Manipulation (STM)

Massage & Myofascial therapies help to restore and rejuvenate biomechanical dysfunction to the body. We are looking to release restriction of fascial tissues in areas of pain, stiffness, and reduced joint mobility. In office this will be described as deep and/or focused muscle work. Cupping and instrument assisted muscle work ("scraping" or Gua Sha) is also used at times.

Chiropractic Manipulation Therapy

The Chiropractic Adjustment is a fantastic tool to help restore our musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Dr. Clevenger utilizes diversified adjusting techniques (hands on/manual adjustments), drop table, and/or low force joint mobilizations.

Therapeutic Exercise

Our bodies like to fall into patterns. When weakness and fatigue set in, it will find a way to compensate. It's important to re-learn, to reconnect with how you move. Because how you move matters. This could be through gentle stretching, self-massage, and improving overall mobility and strength.

Scheduling

NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT: The New Patient Appointment is designated for those coming to the office for the first time. We will go through a history, physical exam and discuss what treatment options will work best for you. Here we will discuss if you're looking for more maintenance/wellness care or if you have specific injuries you would like to focus in on. And no worries! We will be getting to hands-on treatment during this appointment, as well as discuss what at-home care could help you get more out of your treatment.

FOLLOW-UP VISITS: These are chosen on what fits YOUR, the patient's, needs. These appointment times are set to 20 or 40 minutes. Some patients find great benefit in getting additional muscle work done. This can be requested after your first appointment at an additional cost per 20 minutes added on.

Now what?

Now you can click HERE to schedule your appointment. You will need to create an account online through Jane to schedule. Jane is a secure, HIPPA compliant electronic health record system. After your appointment is scheduled you will then need to fill out all necessary intake forms.

All intake forms are completed online.

INSURANCES ACCEPTED: Regence/BCBS, Premera, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, Medicare, PIP

Only cash, card or Venmo Accepted for time of service bills, co-pays and coinsurances. You may use your FSA/HSA. And I can supply you with a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement if I do not accept your insurance. It is up to you to know your insurance's out of network benefits.
